When Cornell Global was founded, most of its client base was in the Financial Services sector and most of its practice was focused on Executive Search. However, as new partners joined the firm, new clients were brought in from new industry sectors. Further, as relationships with clients evolved, more and more we were asked to provide consulting services based upon some partner’s backgrounds in Talent Management and Executive Coaching. The result is that today Cornell Global can provide a wider array of services to a wider array of industry sectors.
