Interim HR Management

Cornell Global can provide interim or “fractional” HR Management Services until a company reaches such critical mass that it will require hiring  an HR Director.

Capital Raising

Cornell Global’s partners have contacts with Venture Capital, Private Equity firms, and various lending organizations. Once we have a formal business plan in hand and have discussed with a company the “rules of engagement” including the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, we are able to make the introductions.

 Strategic Partner Identification and Development

At the appropriate time we are willing to introduce a client company to clients and contacts that we might know whom in turn might prove to be valuable strategic partners or potential strategic alliances.

Client Development

Cornell Global enjoys close client relationships with various organizations that might have a good deal of interest in becoming a future customer or client.  Again, we are always willing to make such introductions as appropriate.
